Company description

Mike Hooks’ fleet of dredges provides services including maintenance dredging, wetland remediation, beach restoration, and new construction.

Job Responsibilities:

Galley work requires extended periods of standing while working with pots, pans, food, etc.

Remaining watchful for possible safety and fire hazards.

Assisting the cook with moving items, cooking, chopping, cleaning, serving, and preparing various foods.

Shift is 12 hours per day / 7 days per week / Usually 2 weeks on and 1 week off / Sometimes held over on week off.
