Director, Recreation Operations, Events & Experiences
This position is responsible for business development, strategy and operations in the Recreation line of business and leading and guiding all CPA employees to provide the most professional customer service in the industry. As a Customer Experience leader, this position is responsible for supporting the initiatives of the Port, such as responding to questions and issues, examining processes, tracking complaints/ suggestions/feedback, training and other customer service functions. As a Recreation leader, the Director will also have authority and responsibility to provide direction and instruction to management and staff members of Exploration Tower, the reservations, parking and retail functions of Jetty Park, as well as Special Events management and staff. The Director will also create, oversee, and supervise the managers and supervisory team on administrative and business operations tasks including scheduling, ordering and overall budget management.
