As a Central Support Analyst, you are often the first point of contact for our customers and the voice of Colas IS Support, delivering outstanding solutions and support to our customers. Your positive, engaging attitude, troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly get to the root cause of a problem ensure customer satisfaction and keep our business running.

The successful candidate will bring business acumen from the construction or materials fields and/or a relevant degree, as well as strong IT Customer Support experience.
